November 27, 2007 "I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service I received from USA Fitness Direct after I had given up on a competitor company who only pretended to have a remanufactured/refurbished Stairmaster 4600PT available during my four week wait. Once I called USA Fitness Direct, it was only a one week wait, and that was due to the four-day Thanksgiving holiday. I dealt directly with Don Nel at USA Fitness Direct and found him to be extremely honest and pleasant to work with. He gave me a delivery date, and the Stairmaster was carefully unwrapped and placed inside my home by their delivery company. The Stairmaster looks brand new and works exactly like the one I used at the gym due to their great refurbishing process. I also found that their warranty period was twice as long as the first company that I was dealing with. I feel very fortunate to have found this company and would highly recommend them."

October 24, 2007 "I spent weeks searching different sites trying to find the stair stepper I wanted. I didn't understand the difference ... especially in prices. I finally decided to call one vendor, USA Fitness Direct. (Lucky me.) I got a salesperson that asked me all the right questions. He obviously wanted me to get the stepper I wanted and knows the equipment very well. He even had me call the gym where I used a stepper that I liked to see what brand it was. He asked if when I stopped stepping, did the steps go all the way down. I said yes and he knew exactly the kind I wanted. All this and I was just ordering one piece of equipment! I got it - delivery guy was great - and I'm stepping away. I even got a follow up call to be sure I was happy. Could not be happier!!"

In particular, Don Nel, who has been servicing my account since the beginning, has been fantastic to work with. In this day and age, when calls are often routed, numbered and automated, it is great to work with a company that actually ANSWERS the phone, personally, knows who you are, and follows up to make sure you are completely happy with the product. I purchased a Tectrix upright bike and couldn't be more pleased. The condition is outstanding and the company stands behind their product. If anything should be needed at all, they will take care of it, no questions asked. When the stepper arrived, the power cord had gotten separated from the shipment somehow, and without hesitation (they) ordered a new one and had it shipped directly to my house.
